Welcome to R.N Massage Therapy. By booking or availing any service at our spa, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid identification may be required before availing services.

2. Appointment & Booking

  • Appointments are subject to availability.
  • Advance booking is recommended.
  • The spa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prior notice if deemed necessary.

3. Arrival Policy

  • Clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time while full charges remain applicable.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service amount.
  • Advance payments, if any, may be non-refundable as per management discretion.

5. Health Declaration

  • Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or ongoing treatments before the session.
  • Spa treatments are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.

6. Professional Services Only

  • All services provided by the spa are strictly professional wellness and relaxation services.
  • Any request for illegal, inappropriate, offensive, or unethical activities will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual engaging in inappropriate behavior.

7. Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other guests.
  • Harassment, abuse, intoxication, or misconduct may lead to immediate cancellation of services and permanent restriction from future bookings.

8. Payments

  • Full payment must be made before or immediately after completion of services as per spa policy.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

9. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
  • Refund requests for prepaid bookings will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the cancellation policy.

10. Personal Belongings

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • The spa shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

11. Liability Limitation

  • Clients voluntarily accept spa services at their own risk.
  • The spa, its owners, employees, and therapists shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, except where required by law.

12. Privacy

  • Client information will be kept confidential and used only for booking, service delivery, and customer support purposes.
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.

13. Memberships & Packages

  • Memberships, packages, and promotional offers are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • Unused sessions or benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.

14. Amendments

  • The spa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kamothe Navi Mumbai.
